"I began exercising at the age of twelve at the local World's Gym in Chattanooga, Tennessee. At the weight of three-hundred fifty pounds, I realized my life was at risk at such a young age. Boxing was introduced to me, and seven months later I had dropped one-hundred forty pounds. Continuing to excel in fitness education, nutrition, professional boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the following twenty years has made me the fitness instructor I am today.
I specialize in kickboxing themed and boot camp style workouts but also use traditional resistance training and cardio focused exercises. My programs are tailored to the individual and are always changing to keep your workouts challenging, fun, and productive.
