"I began exercising at the age of twelve at the local World's Gym in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  At the weight of three-hundred fifty pounds, I realized my life was at risk at such a young age.  Boxing was introduced to me, and seven months later I had dropped one-hundred forty pounds.  Continuing to excel in fitness education, nutrition, professional boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the following twenty years has made me the fitness instructor I am today.

I specialize in kickboxing themed and boot camp style workouts but also use traditional resistance training and cardio focused exercises.  My programs are tailored to the individual and are always changing to keep your workouts challenging, fun, and productive.  My goal is to pass along the knowledge that I have been blessed with and to make hope a reality in other peoples lives.  To schedule one free 30 min. session, contact 405-509-4924 via call or text."

Rebecca is a fitness professional who started teaching group fitness four years ago. She is a long-time health and fitness fanatic. Knowing that group fitness can be intimidating to some, she has recently become certified in personal training so that she can bring that same passion for fitness to a one-on-one setting. Aware that each person has different goals, she caters her programs specifically for your needs and keeps it fun, interesting and ever-changing. She believes training goes beyond swimsuit season, but continues as a lifelong pursuit for health. Rebecca will help you acquire the tools necessary to be successful long term.
