Rebecca is a fitness professional who started teaching group fitness four years ago. She is a long-time health and fitness fanatic. Knowing that group fitness can be intimidating to some, she has recently become certified in personal training so that she can bring that same passion for fitness to a one-on-one setting. Aware that each person has different goals, she caters her programs specifically for your needs and keeps it fun, interesting and ever-changing. She believes training goes beyond swimsuit season but continues as a lifelong pursuit for health. Rebecca will help you acquire the tools necessary to be successful long term. Meet Shaun Nunes:
My name is Shaun Nunes. I am primarily an online coach, but I also do occasional in-person training depending on the needs of the individual.
My father was a competitive bodybuilder and personal trainer throughout my entire childhood. He literally turned our dining room into a weight room! Funny enough, I followed in his footsteps from the very beginning. I started out as a personal trainer from my teens, into my 20’s and early 30’s. Throughout that time, I had the opportunity to launch and manage fitness franchises, family start-up gyms, fitness departments for big box health clubs, youth speed program director, as well as an NFL speed, strength, and conditioning coach for four off-seasons.
With the desire to make a large impact, I decided to create the Shaun Nunes Method and go full-time as an online fitness coach.
I help people lose weight, build muscle, and improve their health in a flexible and sustainable way, but more importantly I teach them EXACTLY how I did it along the way so they never have to hire another coach ever again.
The Shaun Nunes Fitness method was designed to be a fun, simple and effective online transformation program for people that led with education and empowerment. Something that was easy to follow, is timeless and produced elite results every single time.
