Meet Ken Hughes:
Ken brings a wide range of fitness and conditioning tools and experience from working as the Head Coach at Heritage Middle School in Spring Hill, with numerous high school and collegiate level athletes in our area and with hundreds of other clients in Middle Tennessee. Ken has a BS in Nutrition from the University of Oklahoma and has been Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 1998. He has worked with the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, S.T.E.P.S. Inc, in Nashville, Anytime Fitness in Spring Hill and now trains exclusively at Spring Hill Fitness

The process of logging their food and beverage, at least in the short-term, is critical in helping them become more mindful of their choices and moving them towards better patterns of intake with not only what they are eating, but how much and how often”.

Rebecca is a fitness professional who started teaching group fitness four years ago. She is a long-time health and fitness fanatic. Knowing that group fitness can be intimidating to some, she has recently become certified in personal training so that she can bring that same passion for fitness to a one-on-one setting. Aware that each person has different goals, she caters her programs specifically for your needs and keeps it fun, interesting and ever-changing.
