The guy who puts together these videos, Brian Alsruhe, definitely knows his stuff, but more importantly has a gift for explaining concepts in a unique way that makes things “click” for the viewer. Regardless of whether you’re a beginner or advanced lifter, if you’re interested in getting stronger, I guarantee you’ll get something out of these videos.
