Hello World and people of Spring Hill in particular! Just wanted to give a quick intro to what this blog is about. I’ll be posting tips, articles, videos, and interviews with the goal of informing and motivating you by sharing my passion for the past 30+ years – strength, health, and fitness! Thanks to the wonders of the Web, there’s a ton of free information on fitness available out there already, but unfortunately a lot of it is garbage, and most of us don’t have time to sift through it all looking for useful nuggets. In this blog, I’ll share what I’ve learned through years of competitive strength sports, and I’ll reach out to experts on bodybuilding, nutrition, cardio, fitness classes, and injury prevention/rehab to share their wisdom.
